We offer complimentary shipping throughout the United States, and all our prices include this service. There are no extra shipping charges.

The shipping speed varies depending on the product. For example, our parts are shipped much faster than our kayaks. Kayaks are shipped via LTL (less than truckload) shipping. For in-stock kayaks, delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks. For custom color kayaks, the shipping time ranges from 7-11 weeks.

We provide tracking for all our deliveries. Depending on the product, it may take us up to 3 days to provide you with a tracking ID, or up to 7 weeks if the product is custom-made and still in production. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Once your order is shipped, the carrier will contact you 24-48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. To avoid any delays, please ensure we have your correct contact information. This call allows you to be present during delivery. If you are unreachable, the carrier will deliver the package at their earliest convenience. Please inspect your delivery for any issues that might have occurred during transit.

Changing your delivery address after shipment incurs a $225 fee.
